Ruslan Zigura – member of the board. In 1993 Zigura graduated from theTartu State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, specializing in Business Administration and Accounting. In 1999 Zigura worked in the metalworking sector and received significant experience in connection with the planned activities of the company. Zigura has extensive knowledge in metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and organization of production. Both of which are necessary for the successful implementation of the project.
Dennis Uljanovs – member of the board. Dennis can be considered as a project ideas author and was the originator of the idea of this business establishment in Latvia. Dennis’s activities in the metalworking sector started in 1994, working in a company whole industry was to wholesale waste and scrap. In 1999, he founded his own company METALEKSPO LLC, which is recognizable in Latvia and its’ far borders. The project gave him invaluable experience in the field of recycling of industrial waste, including batteries. METALEKSPO has Certificate for Category B and has not received any admonishment or penalty. The company plans to build an effective marketing strategy, based on Dennis’s knowledge and extensive experience.
Sergey Utenko – investor. Sergey has vast experience and extensive international contacts in the field of trafficking and processing of non-ferrous metals, based on the cooperation of world class companies in the industry. His field of expertise is directly related to metallurgical raw materials supplies to the recycling plants. This type of experience of cooperation with major players in the market will be very useful for the project.
Milan Arsenovic – scientific consultant from Belgrade. Milan participates actively in the project implementation from 2012. A Degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the field of metallurgy was received from the University of Belgrade in 1984. Practical experience was gained in the metallurgical industry since 1977 and started working in one of the largest enterprises of the former Yugoslavia – “Zajaca”. He has published many scientific documents and project in Metallurgy, antimony, arsenic and in the lead industry. The participation of Mr. Arsenovic in the project is critically valuable to all stages of the project, from choosing technology and equipment supplies, installation and start-up and personal training and technology development.
Silga Iubule – accountant. Mains accounting records of the company in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, as well as other management duties necessary for the successful development of the project. Silga has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management.
Zanna Skackova – project coordinator. Duties include project work organization in accordance with the requirements, control performance and other project work organisation. She executes competent documentation and coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information necessary for the successful development of the project. Zanna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management.
